|How to I place order?|
|1. Sign in or log in|
|2. Add the items of your choice to your shopping cart. Make sure the quantity column of each item is correct.
if you change the quantity of any items, remember to click the re-Calculate button and allow the page to
refresh. if you want to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping"
|3. After reviewing Items, Quantity, Size and Color, Click Check out and continue to fill out the online order form.
|4. Choose Payment Method and Click "Check out" to confirm purchase.
We use Paypay and Wire transfer.
| 5. Once the order is successfully placed, you will be given order number.
the Order number will be sent your e-mail and you can check on "My Account" as well.
| Once order has been placed, We do not allow for order or item cancellation. We Kindly suggested that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.|
|Shipping & Returns|
|It may varies on destination and purchase Weight.
Shipping fee is calculated automatically as per weight of your order.
Tracking number for all shipping is provided.
|Shipment & Delivery|
|- All shipments will be arranged within 7~14days. (some of item could take longer, order made goods etc)
|- in case of any delay due to may occur stock availability, deepstyle will notify customers via e-amil about the delay.
|- when the shipment is done you will receive tracking number.|
We remind you to not use P.O.Box address because of most of courier will not be post office address.
For Smooth and Swift delivery, We advise you to not list a post box office address when you placing order.
|- All shipments returns to deepstyle are considered "undeliverable". Reason for undeliverable shipments including incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the courier(i.e. the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.
|When we recieve undeliverable shipments, deepstyle will notify customers via e-mail to arrange for reshipment.
all reshipments incur reshipment fee that are the same as deepstyle's regular shipping fee. Reshipment fee will be applied regardless of the original shipment's eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charge for return shipping will be apply.
|Customs & Tax|
|When ordering from deepstyle, the Customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services (GST), Valued-added Tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charge. Customs polices vary by country and deepstyle cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subjected to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.|
In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
Banned Item in your shipment.
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, deepstyle is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
|Please refer to the below to determine return. and contact Customer Service Department within time period to speicified to request Return. After Customer Service Department's confirmation, you may proceed return your item(s) or replacement. Shipping fee is not refundable.

|3. deepstyle is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.|
