It doesn't matter if your clothes look nice - with the kind of customers services you are offering here you should be put OUT OF THE MARKET IMMEDIATELY!
I never came across with such a horrendous service in my whole life. Despite being disgusted by your poor communication, I still hope my clothes will appear some day - otherwise I have to deal with my lost of approximately 300 dollars - to some sort of sophisticated fashion scam from South Korea - (don't worry, if that comes to happen you will be flooded by negative comments in every website possible, and I will move an international legal action against you in case you decided to not refund me).
I have been trying to contact this shop for the last 2 weeks, with no answer at all. My emails return and the website doesn't provide a phone number, or any other form of contact - except this one.
I tried to send emails to firstname.lastname@example.org - which apparently have nothing to do with the shop itself, but is the only contact they offer.
(naver is a Internet content service, according to wikipedia).
Some pieces of information I gathered - There's a network of asian shops, called Yes Style, that apparently works with this brand. I just contacted the CEO, Mr Joshua K. Lau - and I hope he can give me some feedback (he seems to be quite respectable). I also found some phone numbers, and I have the name of the designer that works for this shop (Mr. Lee Hwa Young). Maybe they can tell me what is going on.
I hope this can be useful for those who are struggling the way I am.
Other than that, I will not recommend this shop to anyone else.
Very very disappointed.
